1– 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/2-cup mayonnaise
1/2-cup sour cream
1 Tbs. chopped chives
1 tsp dill,
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can crab meat
Directions: Mix well, chill

1(14oz.) can artichoke hearts drained& chopped
1cup fresh chopped spinach
1/8-cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1-cup mayonnaise,
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Directions: Combine ingredients, mix well. Place in small 3-cup casserole. Bake @ 400 for 8-10 minutes.
4 Chicken Breasts
1 cup Orange Juice
1/2-cup brown sugar
1 # 2 can Cherry pie filling
1/8 teaspoon of cloves
1/8 teaspoon of allspice
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions: Take skin off chicken. In a large skillet, brown chicken in a bit
of oil. Drain, set chicken aside. In same pan add 1 cup Orange Juice and rest
of ingredients. Add chicken back to pan simmer 45 min.
4-pork chops
Season salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1-cup bouillon or 1/2 c. bouillon & 1/2 c. wine
Directions: Brown 4 chops in Dutch oven with seasoning. Brown on both sides. Pour over the top 1-cup bouillon. Cover and bake 1 hour @ 350.
4 cups fresh apples, diced not too finely
2 cups sugar
1/2-cup oil
1-cup nuts chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1-teaspoon salt
Directions: Mix apples & sugar, and then add oil, nuts, eggs& vanilla. Mix dry ingredients & add to moist mix. Bake in 9x9x2 pan@350 oven for 1 hour or until cake shrinks from edges of pan.
Bake time- 2 hours
